| What is the difference between licensed jewelry and knock-off jewelry? |
A license gives the licensee the official or legal permission to replicate the jewelry. Royalty & Hollywood Jewelry sells Licensed, Replicated Collections of Jackie Kennedy, Original Reproductions of Hollywood Stars and Inspired Collections of Princess Diana and Kate Middleton. Each piece of jewelry is replicated through the licensee to the
exact dimensions, cut, color and plating as the original piece. |

The first Royalty & Hollywood Jewelry boutique is located at 663 Fifth Ave. S, Naples, Florida, however we are currently awarding franchises worldwide. | How do I care for this jewelry? |
Simply soak your jewelry in a bowl or cup of warm water with a few drops of Woolite detergent. If necessary, use a soft bristled toothbrush to scrub the piece. Rinse and pat dry with a dry clean cloth. |
| Will the stones fall out after I wear the jewelry for awhile? |
It is rare that a stone will ever fall out if you take care of your jewelry. All stones are set just like fine jewelry…not glued. However, occasionally a piece may have a loose prong or other manufacturer defect and a stone may fall out. Simply call us at (239) 692-9551 with the issue and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist
you with a satisfactory resolution. (Refer to our return policy below). |
| Do you offer gift wrapping? |
| Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer special gift wrapping. We can, however, include with your shipment a copy of the history/story of your jewelry purchase. |
| What is your return policy? |
If you are unhappy or simply change your mind, we offer exchanges only. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, returned in the original packaging with the original receipt, unworn and unused. Please contact us at shop@royaltyandhollywoodjewelry.com or contact us by phone at (239) 692-9551 with your item name (appears on your receipt) and a detailed reason for the return.
